Chronic hip pain can be very common in active women, especially if they are high-achieving or people pleasing personalities, are always on the go, or have a considerable amount of responsibilities in their daily life.  Sometimes, there is a specific event that causes the injury, other times symptoms seem to start out of nowhere and don't get better with time.
