Helping Active Women Uncover What’s Really Driving Their Hip Pain

If you're tired of doing all the right things and still feeling stuck, you're not alone. We help active women uncover what's actually driving recurring hip pain so they can stop chasing symptoms and start making lasting progress.
Healthy Hips Formula Training
Whether you've been referred by a friend, found us online, or have been following Dr. Jessica for years, our Healthy Hips Formula training will help you understand how we approach hip pain and whether it's the right fit for your goals.

The Healthy Hips Formula

A whole-body framework for understanding and overcoming recurring hip pain.
After years of treating orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions, and experiencing recurring hip pain herself, Dr. Jessica Warnecke developed the Healthy Hips Formula to help women look beyond the painful area and understand the different factors, and patterns, keeping their symptoms stuck. Rather than simply adding more exercises, the framework helps you identify what needs attention, in what order, and how to progressively build your body back toward the activities you love. Rather than getting stronger in compensated ways, our focus is helping you build a better foundation within your body that becomes your new normal.

Phase 1: Discover & Deactivate Triggers

Identify the movement, pelvic floor, breathing, lifestyle and brain-body patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Understand what's driving the cycle.

Phase 2: Restore Function

Improve coordination, movement patterns and strength so your body can move with less compensation. Build the foundation your body has been missing.

Phase 3: Build Resiliency

Progress toward greater strength, adaptability and confidence so you can return to the activities that matter to you. Move forward without constantly fearing another setback.
Every way of learning or working with us is built around this same framework. The difference is how much clarity, structure and personalized support you need along the way.

You're Probably Not Someone Who Usually Stays Stuck

In most areas of life, you've learned how to solve problems.
That's what makes this stubborn hip pain so frustrating.
The women we work with are often the women doing the most.
They've done the physical therapy.
They've followed the exercise programs.
They've invested time, energy, and money trying to get better.
They're disciplined, motivated, and willing to put in the work.
Yet despite doing all the "right" things, they still find themselves wondering why symptoms won't fully go away, and why the cycle of flareups keeps happening.
They're looking for more than just another exercise.
They're looking to understand what's actually driving their symptoms so they can finally make lasting progress.

What If The Problem Isn't Where You Feel The Pain?

In our experience, hip pain that's lasted longer than 3 months is rarely stemming from just one thing.
Many women come to us after being told they have:
  • A labral tear
  • Impingement
  • Tendinopathy
  • Bursitis
  • Arthritis
  • Weak glutes or tight hip flexors
  • Pelvic floor or SI joint dysfunction
While those findings may be part of the picture, they often don't explain why symptoms continue despite months or years of treatment. That's because recurring hip pain is rarely caused by a single issue.

The women we work with discover that factors such as movement patterns, pelvic floor coordination, breathing mechanics, stress, sleep, hormones, and the brain's protective responses are all influencing how their body moves and feels.

When those pieces are finally connected, their symptoms begin to make sense. And once you understand what's driving the cycle, you can begin addressing the right things in the right order.

The goal isn't to chase symptoms. It's to uncover what's driving them.

I have been at the end of my rope with physical ailment, I have seen doctor after doctor and physical therapist after physical therapist. I have chronic issues with muscular and joint pain from previous sport injuries and for once I finally feel at peace. During my initial evaluation, Jessica seemed to intuitively know what was wrong with me and how to fix my pain. She evaluated my biomechanics and set a specific course of treatment that would correct issues I have with my knees as well as my hips. She tailored my treatment to my specific impairment and incorporated hands on advanced manual therapy treatments that have made all the difference in the world for me. Jessica demonstrates observational skills as well as tremendous patience. She has a lot of passion in what she does. I highly recommend PACE Physical Therapy and I am truly grateful for what Jessica has done for me.  Ashley- Physical Therapy Assistant

If you are looking for a Physical Therapist, legit, stop searching.

I have had the PLEASURE of working with Dr. Jessica since 2019. I initially sought out PT because of knee pain but ended up hurting my back lifting. I was in SO much pain, and it was and still is a challenging process to rehab my injury as it takes time and consistency. I started seeing Dr. Jessica weekly when my pain was at its worst, and I've moved to monthly to make sure I am progressing toward my goals. Dr. Jessica creates specific treatment plans for me and has supported my emotional and confidence journey while navigating this rehab experience. The emotional journey is just as complex as the physical one, and Dr. Jessica gave me confidence throughout the journey but especially at my lowest when I couldn't see through the pain. Every session, I ALWAYS leave feeling better and more knowledgeable about managing my pain and supporting my body. Dr. Jessica balances empathy and accountability in a considerate way, and I always feel super comfortable in her care.

Also, if you haven't already followed her on Instagram, you are missing out on valuable content! Even when I don't see her in person, I leverage her Instagram as a resource in my day-to-day movement.

Lastly, I've never regretted this financial investment in my health. I know so much more about my body and what it needs to function correctly. I have SO many more tools now than I did a few years, even a few months ago. I know that doing the work is my responsibility, and consistency in doing the work is my responsibility. While Dr. Jessica is all of the fantastic things I've outlined above, my back wouldn't fix itself unless I followed the treatment plan and learned with her about my body. Dr. Jessica Warnecke is an excellent Physical Therapist and an amazing person. I am a personal trainer currently in the pursuit of achieving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I approached Dr. Jessica with the goal of completing my observation/shadowing hours, which is a requirement for my application to graduate school. My experience with her so far has been absolutely incredible. I've learned so many things through her about this wonderful field, and she has given me a drive of motivation to continue learning which I've never experienced before. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her career and has in-depth and complete answers to all the questions I have. She has given me insight to make my job as a personal trainer so much better. During my time as a Personal Trainer/Strength and Conditioning coach, I often deal with many clients that come across injuries or discomforts from the past that I simply cannot treat. I've recommended Dr. Jessica to many of my clients, and they have all told me many great things about her. She has helped many of them through aches and pains to complete recovery. She has also helped me through my pains and discomforts as I have trained competitively in Grappling, Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. She has an incredible passion for healing and educating others about the body, and is personable and kind. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the absolute best care available. Im extremely thankful to have met Dr. Warnecke and will continue to learn more through her great ability to change lives every day. Sergio- Personal Trainer, Lifting Coach
