I have been at the end of my rope with physical ailment, I have seen doctor after doctor and physical therapist after physical therapist. I have chronic issues with muscular and joint pain from previous sport injuries and for once I finally feel at peace. During my initial evaluation, Jessica seemed to intuitively know what was wrong with me and how to fix my pain. She evaluated my biomechanics and set a specific course of treatment that would correct issues I have with my knees as well as my hips. I have had the PLEASURE of working with Dr. Jessica since 2019. I initially sought out PT because of knee pain but ended up hurting my back lifting. I was in SO much pain, and it was and still is a challenging process to rehab my injury as it takes time and consistency. I started seeing Dr. Jessica weekly when my pain was at its worst, and I've moved to monthly to make sure I am progressing toward my goals. Dr. Jessica creates specific treatment plans for me and has supported my emotional and confidence journey while navigating this rehab experience. The emotional journey is just as complex as the physical one, and Dr. Jessica gave me confidence throughout the journey but especially at my lowest when I couldn't see through the pain. Every session, I ALWAYS leave feeling better and more knowledgeable about managing my pain and supporting my body. Dr. Jessica balances empathy and accountability in a considerate way, and I always feel super comfortable in her care.

Also, if you haven't already followed her on Instagram, you are missing out on valuable content! Even when I don't see her in person, I leverage her Instagram as a resource in my day-to-day movement.

Lastly, I've never regretted this financial investment in my health. I know so much more about my body and what it needs to function correctly. I have SO many more tools now than I did a few years, even a few months ago. I know that doing the work is my responsibility, and consistency in doing the work is my responsibility. Dr. Jessica Warnecke is an excellent Physical Therapist and an amazing person. I am a personal trainer currently in the pursuit of achieving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I approached Dr. Jessica with the goal of completing my observation/shadowing hours, which is a requirement for my application to graduate school. My experience with her so far has been absolutely incredible. I've learned so many things through her about this wonderful field, and she has given me a drive of motivation to continue learning which I've never experienced before.
