Dr. Jessica Warnecke, PT, DPT, OCS, PCES, PN1-SSRC
Founder of PACE Physical Therapy
Jessica grew up in Boise, ID and was involved in sports and recreational activities since the age of three. Over the years, she had numerous injuries and became well acquainted with the world of physical therapy. It was through her desire to remain active, love of learning about the human body, and will to help others lead a healthy lifestyle that inspired her to become a physical therapist.
Jessica started her private physical therapy practice to better assist those in search of individualized rehabilitation and preventative wellness. After years working for busy outpatient clinics and her treatments being dictated by insurance companies, Jessica decided her patients deserved more!
Jessica brings a wide variety of treatment interventions and utilizes an individualized, evidenced-based practice and holistic approach to thoroughly understand, examine, and assist her patients to full recovery. Jessica focuses her evaluations on finding the root cause of dysfunction in order to heal the source of her patients' concerns rather than just treating symptoms. Through her practice and presence on social media, Jessica aims to empower others to better understand their body, experience how good they are truly supposed to feel and stay active. She has created a number of online rehab and exercise programs in order to help people all around the world and she provides both physical therapy and wellness coaching services for clients locally and online. In addition, she is a consultant for Emily Skye Fitness, has worked with world-class athletes at the collegiate, professional and olympic levels, and has created a Healthy Hips online community helping active women across the globe overcome chronic hip pain with exercise.
Jessica graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology from Boise State University. She went on to get her Doctorate Degree from Idaho State University. After PT school , she completed an Orthopaedic Residency and is now a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. She is a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with a focus on helping moms safely regain their fitness after delivery. In addition, she has 300+ hours of additional clinical course work with an emphasis on pelvic floor therapy, chronic hip and back pain, and pain science education. Because of her continual love of learning, and seeing how the effects of stress have affected so many patients she treats weekly, Jessica also completed the Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery (SSR) Certification in order to provide more in depth support for those dealing with chronic injuries and trauma.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys staying active by lifting weights, wake surfing, playing basketball and tennis, riding her bike around Town Lake, and hiking. Her and her husband love trying original restaurants around Austin, being on the lake and traveling to new places around the world.

Stella adapts to her client’s needs because she recognizes that everyone heals and recovers differently. Her intentions are to treat the source of the problem, not just the symptoms, which often involves looking beyond specific injuries and toward the whole person.
Stella encourages consistent daily movements and believes such movement can greatly decrease physical dysfunctions that people face. Her focus is to help people regain control of their lives, understand their bodies, and improve their mobility, strength, and joint health. She loves helping people reach their full potential which has been a big reason why she is currently attending graduate school to achieve her doctorate in physical therapy.
She continues her studies by staying up to date on new research and regularly participates in strengthening her manual skills and progressing her clinical skills. She has completed over 200 hours of continuing education courses to further aid her in her clinical experience.
Stella grew up as a classically trained violinist for over 25 years and has performed with symphony orchestras throughout her childhood and even now during her career. She loves to stay active through cycling, hiking, stand up paddle boarding and latin ballroom dancing, which she takes from a professional dance teacher via Zoom in Moscow, Russia.
