Dr. Jessica Warnecke, PT, DPT, OCS, PCES, PN1-SSRC
Founder of PACE Physical Therapy

Jessica grew up in Boise, ID and was involved in sports and recreational activities since the age of three. Over the years, she had numerous injuries and became well acquainted with the world of physical therapy. It was through her desire to remain active, love of learning about the human body, and will to help others lead a healthy lifestyle that inspired her to become a physical therapist.
Jessica started her private physical therapy practice to better assist those in search of individualized rehabilitation and preventative wellness. After years working for busy outpatient clinics and her treatments being dictated by insurance companies, Jessica decided her patients deserved more!
Jessica brings a wide variety of treatment interventions and utilizes an individualized, evidenced-based practice and holistic approach to thoroughly understand, examine, and assist her patients to full recovery. Jessica focuses her evaluations on finding the root cause of dysfunction in order to heal the source of her patients' concerns rather than just treating symptoms. Through her practice and presence on social media, Jessica aims to empower others to better understand their body, experience how good they are truly supposed to feel and stay active as they age. She has a special place in her heart for helping active women dealing with chronic hip pain due to her own personal journey and now provides specialized testing, support and an online community for fellow women who haven't found success working with typical rehab measures. In addition, she is a consultant for Emily Skye Fitness, has worked with world-class athletes at the collegiate, professional and olympic levels, and continues to expand her practice to include other healthcare professionals offering a full spectrum of women's health services.
Jessica graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology from Boise State University. She went on to get her Doctorate Degree from Idaho State University. After PT school , she completed an Orthopaedic Residency and is now a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. She is a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with a focus on helping moms safely regain their fitness after delivery and through menopause. In addition, she has 700+ hours of additional clinical course work with an emphasis on pelvic floor therapy, chronic hip and back pain, and pain science education. Because of her continual love of learning, and seeing how the effects of stress have affected so many patients she treats weekly, Jessica also completed the Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery (SSR) Certification in order to provide more in depth support for those dealing with chronic injuries and trauma.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys staying active by lifting weights, wake surfing, playing basketball and tennis, riding her bike around Town Lake, reading and hiking. Her and her husband love trying original restaurants around Austin, being on the lake and traveling to new places around the world.

Mollie Ressler, MPT, ATC, CSCS, AFMC- Certified
Physical Therapist, Functional Medicine Practitioner

Mollie was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM where she grew up in a family that was on the move. Camping, skiing, hiking and spending endless hours in the summer swimming, playing tennis and soccer, riding bikes, and traveling are high on her list of childhood memories. Competition and striving for blue ribbons are deeply ingrained in her DNA and she went on to play collegiate tennis for New Mexico State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Athletic Training Education in 1995. After becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer she spent 2 years working in Phoenix, Az both as an Head Athletic Trainer for Xavier Catholic Preparatory School and as an ATC in an busy outpatient physical therapy clinic. It was through these early work experiences that she grew to love connecting and helping people to return to activity after injury and just knew that she had to be a physical therapist.
Mollie graduated with a Master’s of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2000 and then moved to Colorado where she worked for an outpatient clinic for a couple of years before her and her husband opened their own outpatient clinic. Through her years of clinical practice, Mollie became a specialist in Women’s and Men’s pelvic health and an expert in pelvic floor rehabilitation treating everything from stress and urge incontinence to pain with intercourse, interstitial cystitis/ bladder pain syndromes, vulvodynia, pudendal neuralgia, chronic hip pain, coccyx pain, post-prostatectomy complications and postpartum.
In 2016 at the pinnacle of her career with a thriving practice and a constant on the go lifestyle parenting 3 extremely involved and busy kids while also continuing to chase her own need for competition competing in triathlons, ½ marathons, tennis leagues and bike races everything changed. The body that she thought was healthy and thriving suddenly fought back creating panic attacks that landed her in the ER multiple times thinking she was having a heart attack. Through months of struggling to hold herself together and countless visits to conventionally trained doctors that had no other answers than just scary addictive medications she found the world of functional medicine and has never looked back. Despite being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis she worked to heal herself and found complete remission through holistic principles and the science based root cause approach of Functional Medicine.
Her healing journey ignited a passion in her that she had to share with the world so in 2019 she made the difficult decision to step away from her hands-on work as a PT to pursue a rigorous certification from the Applied School of Functional Medicine. She became certified in 2022 and now specializes in helping men and women thrive with autoimmune disease and women navigate perimenopause and menopause.
Mollie believes wholeheartedly in the wisdom of the body and is fascinated by the power of the mind. She has a kind heart and energetic spirit and joins the PACE PT team with 24 years of experience empowering, educating and inspiring people to transform their lives and she can help you too!
In her free time Mollie can be found playing lots of pickleball, walking her dog, attending Pure Barre, lifting weights, cooking healthy food for her family, having matcha with her friends, camping, skiing and cheering on her 3 amazing kids and husband.

Jenn Hopkins, BSN, RN, ACPT, NASM-CES
Health and Fitness Coach, Client Success Manager

Jenn grew up in New Hampshire where she developed a love for movement and the outdoors very early on. Constantly in motion, the forest and eventually the mountains, became her playground and place of deepest peace. Into health and fitness as far back as she can remember, Jenn recalls coming home from elementary school and doing sit ups and jump rope before sitting down to complete her homework. She was involved in many sports as a child including gymnastics, soccer, floor hockey, and track but discovered her true passion when she joined her first gym at 16.
Jenn’s chronic musculoskeletal pain began in her teens. By her early 20’s she had attended more physical therapy and chiropractic appointments than most people twice her age. She underwent her first surgery in 2010 to rectify calcified tendons in her shoulder. On her way into surgery, she remembers asking the doctor for reassurance that the upcoming procedure would fix the instability in her shoulder and being told that no, she would likely require the surgery again later in life. It was in that single statement that her perception of conventional medicine was changed forever. She could not understand why the focus was on fixing injury and illness instead of preventing it.
Jenn graduated from Suffolk University with a B.S. in Criminology and Law. She spent the better part of ten years working in law enforcement before resigning to pursue her true passion for fitness and wellness. In 2007 Jenn attended the National Personal Training Institute and earned the designation as Advanced Certified Personal Trainer. Fueled by an intense love of learning and motivated to help people prevent injury and surgery, Jenn has accumulated many certifications over the years including NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Egoscue Posture Alignment Specialist, EBFA Barefoot Training Specialist, Stick Mobility, Yoga Teacher Training – 200, and TRX.
Eager to deepen her understanding of the mind body connection Jenn spent a month of immersive training in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga. It was here she developed a deeper understanding of the intangible elements of wellness including mindset, meditation, pranayama, and connection. Jenn believes that being ‘fit’ is a multifaceted achievement that includes the mind and spirit just as much as the body.
Drawn to expand upon her knowledge of the human body Jenn attended University of Massachusetts Boston and earned a B.S. in Nursing. She is in the process of completing the necessary training to achieve dual Board Certification as a Holistic Nurse and a Holistic Nurse Health Coach. Jenn draws from a unique combination of professional experience, personal exploration, and education to create an individualized, holistic, scientifically sound experience for the individuals she works with.
In her free time Jenn stays in motion by strength training, HIIT, yoga, and hiking. Her favorite way to start the morning is with a cup of black coffee followed by hiking nearby trails with her two rescue dogs Noble and Reese. Intrigued by personal optimization she enjoys learning about how external factors influence her biology and how to manipulate them to her benefit. She prioritizes spending quality time with her friends and family and loves ending the day with a good book.

Molly Sutton, LMHC, ATR-BC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist

Originally from Northwest Iowa, Molly graduated from the University of Iowa in 2005 with a dual degree in Studio Art and English. After working in research for a few years, she moved to Norfolk, Virginia, to complete my Master’s of Science in Art Therapy and Counseling. She graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2011 and started working as an in-home therapist in North Carolina for a year. She then moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, where she worked in an acute inpatient behavioral health setting until 2020. Missing the Midwest, she returned to Iowa and settled in the Des Moines area with her husband and two kids.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist, Molly's approach is trauma-informed and incorporates art therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, client-centered, solution-focused, and strengths-based models. She recognizes that it takes a great deal of vulnerability and courage to embark on the therapeutic journey. Molly finds that art therapy is a helpful and unique way for clients to approach difficulties and express themselves. She also believe that clients don’t exist in a vacuum. She explores aspects of the various systems within which clients exist, looking at family, work, friends, and other relationships to help clients discover where changes might be effective.
Molly is a graduate of the Chronic Hip Pain Solution program working hand in hand with Dr. Jessica Warnecke to help overcome chronic hip pain associated with hip dysplasia. Because of Molly's commitment to her healing journey, success in the program, and supportive manner of helping other women in similar situations, she has joined our team to offer calls geared at fostering mindset, nervous system, and personal growth education and guidance.
In her free time, Molly enjoys reading, painting, cooking, running, practicing yoga and spending time with my friends and family.
