Note: The Gold, Silver, and Online Training plans are a 3-month commitment. Regular pricing starts after your first month. The physiology of how muscle works AND extensive research show that true muscle strength improvements take at least 3 months. Although you will start moving and feeling better after just a few weeks, my goal is to set you up with a lifestyle that works forever! Plus, because I prioritize safety above all else, your body needs at least 3-months to build a solid foundation and avoid potential injuries.
