Independent Wellness & Personal Training Programs
Don't need skilled PT, but looking to gain some help with your health and fitness goals? We are happy to provide guidance through individualized wellness plans and personal training programs. We offer multiple options to best suit your needs.
Wellness: Ideal for those transitioning from physical therapy or who want a regular check-in with their doctor. Sessions can include education, movement assessments, injury-prevention screens, massage, exercise, and dry needling (dry needling only offered if cleared by PT).
Personal Training: Programs offer professional guidance for both in-person and independent workouts. Your exercise plan is designed specific to you, your goals, and the time you have available each week to commit to your home workout program. Individual sessions are ideal for those who can't commit to doing their own home workouts or who want to be have full instruction with only in-person training. (All "in-person" sessions can be at our private gym, at your home (pending schedule availability), or via live video).
