Personal Training Programs
Don't need skilled Physical Therapy, but looking to gain some help with your health and fitness goals? We are happy to provide guidance through individualized personal training programs. We offer multiple options to best suit your needs. All programs are designed, progressed, and administered by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to ensure injury prevention.
- PERSONAL PROGRAM (2 Individual Sessions + Online Program)
- Initial consult—Evaluate current status and establish goals for your program including independent exercise program (to be performed at home/personal gym to compliment in-person training sessions)
- Training sessions at PACE gym headquarters or via live video (sessions offered in home based off availability and require $50 travel fee within 5 miles)
- Two 60-minute training sessions/month ($250 value)
- Bi-weekly updates/progressions to exercise program ($200 value)
- Unlimited email discussions
- $299 for initial consult including 1-month plan
- Then $269/month until cancelled (3-month minimum)
- INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSIONS
- Initial consult $30— Evaluate current status and establish goals for your program (Complimentary for patients transitioning from physical therapy)
- Sessions at PACE gym headquarters or via live video (sessions offered in home based off availability and require $50 travel fee within 5 miles)
- 30 minutes
- $65 each
- $440/month (2x/week, $55 ea)
- 60 minutes
- $125 each
- $880/month (2x/week, $110 ea)
- ONLINE TRAINING
- Initial consult $30- Discuss goals, training style and equipment options.
- Monthly workout program designed for your specific needs, includes video demonstration of exercises.
- Video chat/check in call every month
- Unlimited email discussion
- $250/month (3 month package- $600 paid upfront)
Note: The Personal Program Plan is a 3-month commitment. Extensive planning goes into each home program we create based off our client's goals, and in order to prevent injury, ensure a solid foundation is created, and progress into true strength goals, at least three months of programming is recommended. Although you will start moving and feeling better after just a few weeks, our goal is to set you up with a lifestyle that works forever!
