Discovery Session- We offer a "25 minute for $25" consultation to allow us to meet in person and discuss your concerns. This allows us to see if you're a good fit for us and to make sure we can help you get better! If you can't make it in to clinic, no worries- we are happy to discuss your concerns for free over the phone.
Orthopedic Therapy Evaluation- A 60 minute consultation where we examine the area(s) of concern and the body as a whole to determine the root cause of your dysfunction in order to establish an appropriate plan of care.
Pelvic Floor Therapy- Evidence-based evaluation and treatment focused on pelvic floor dysfunctions in women. Diagnoses treated include: Diastasis Recti, prolapse, urinary and stress incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, pain with intercourse (dyspareunia) pain due to trauma, endometriosis, vulvar pain, interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome, and general weakness during pregnancy and postpartum. Pelvic Floor dysfunction can often times be associated with chronic back pain, SI joint dysfunction, hip pain, and headaches.
Mobile Therapy- We come to you! We understand schedules can get hectic so (when our schedule has availability) we do offer a concierge service where we can meet you at your home, office, or gym and for therapy.
Video Consultations- A PT session offered via live video is convenient for patients if they work odd hours, travel out of town, or are unable to make it into clinic.
Trigger Point Dry Needling- A manual therapy technique utilizing a thin needle placed into specific areas of the muscle to release trigger points, reduce movement impairments, and improve healing.
Joint Mobilization- Manual therapy techniques to joints to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and assist with improving function.
Soft Tissue Massage- Manual therapy techniques to the muscles to relax "knots" and tender points, improve circulation, and assist with increased function.
Exercise Prescription- Accompanies all PT sessions to help you maintain and improve your function between sessions. The progression of the program is patient-specific and is advanced as appropriate until you are deemed safe for complete discharge.
Injury Prevention Screen- A 35-minute assessment to establish restrictions in full body strength, mobility, and dynamic movement in order to prevent potential injury and discuss ways to improve function.
Return To Sport Testing- A series of physical tests that are research supported to assist with full, safe return to sport after injury or surgery. Available for shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, and foot injuries.
